FYI. Yeah, Mr. Marko gave me his job. You might've noticed he's not around, I'm not the guy to ask about that, cause I don't get it any myself. And yeah, Yvette's going to be helping me with the grounds work. Because she won't cut off her toes chopping wood, clearing brush or trimming dead limbs from trees.
For big stuff, it might be that I'm gonna have to ask the Prof or someone to get outside help - means if plumbing goes to hell, or someone pukes lava onto the foundation, it'll be a contractor fixing it. For the little stuff, it's still me, I know how to do most anything that's minor besides fixing electricity stuff.
I'll warn you guys if anything big is coming down the pipe, cause of having to bring folks in from outside. (Since I'm gonna have to clear whoever it is probably through the Prof, or Forge, or both, or something. Haven't gotten that far yet) It doesn't look like there was anything big project wise that Mr. Marko was trying to do, so basically just keep dropping those maintenance notes in the box, and if there's something I can't fix, I'll find someone who can.
What I do need is everybody to kinda be patient while I get all this straight because this is -huge- and to be totally honest, I am totally kind of freaked out. Please don't go breaking your plumbing or puking lava or anything for a few weeks?
And if you find a walking pile of post-it notes, it means I got eaten by my desk.
