Squirrel Appreciation Day

So the HuffPo tells me that today is Squirrel Appreciation Day and so in appreciation of Dori, seeing as she's a squirrel, and also since I got the earful of how much writing she's doing this semester -and- saw the giant pile of books she had to get at the bookstore, I am squirrel-napping her. Don't wait up, we'll be out late. Yes, I read the Huffpo. Yes, I READ.

Huffington Post. It's kinda a news blog and like aggregate of news stuff, kinda on the lefty side of things or at least not as freaky right wing as the Drudge Report can be sometimes.

Yes, I am familiar with the Huffington Post. I am sorry, I was not familiar with the abbreviation you used. It is my understanding they have fired their staff reporters in favor of using independent blog posts exclusively. That sounds conspiratorial to me but I have not done enough research to say otherwise. I hope it is not the case.

I wasn't following the staff stuff, it's just kinda convenient to read it on my phone or laptop and I got into the habit a couple semesters ago.

Depends on what you mean by trouble. If you mean encouraging my girlfriend to stay up way too late eating pancakes and playing Laser Tag in the back yard, yeah, too late.
